Weft wire tension adjustment needs attention

    The adjustment of weft wire tension is realized by changing the clamping force of the wire clamping piece. If the pressure spring on the clamping piece is adjusted tightly, the clamping force of the clamping piece increases, and the pressure of the spring is loosened, the clamping force of the clamping piece decreases. The principle of adjusting the tension of the weft thread:

(1) weft wire tension should be less than the clamping force of the right-hand warp and the clamping force of the weft cutter.

(2) The weft wire tension should be greater than the tension of the weft stop bar tension spring.

(3) Weft wire tension should be controlled below 0.1p.

(4) The weft wire tension should be kept stable, and the phenomenon of large and small can not occur. See Figure 3-8.
