See how to adjust the impactor

The installation position of the impactor should be determined according to the relative position of the weft cutter.

 The impactor is installed on the impactor bracket on the left side of the loom, 

the impactor bracket is installed on the impactor base, 

and the impactor base is installed on the front cross plate. 

The impactor should be lower than the cutter switch (1 ~ 3) mm.

 Impactor before and after the installation of position adjustment: 

loom stopped in the position of the card weft, 

so that the impactor role in the cutter switch, 

and so that the cutter switch is in a vertical position, 

that is, 

the cutter switch from the maximum limit of the position of the difference (0.5 ~ 1) mm for the best to be the best will be the impactor can be tightened on the bracket. See Figure 3-7.
