1. The female connection between the reed seat foot
and the lower shaft of the reed is loose, causing the
seat to tremble. When weaving the net, the weft
filaments are prone to thin channels.
2. The connecting shaft on each connecting rod of
the drawbar is worn out, or the nut on each
connecting shaft is loose, causing the seat to chatter.
After stopping the loom and then starting it again,
the weft wire will appear serious thin road. Weaving
light grade square hole mesh, the weft wire mesh
hole will appear a large and small pair of eye-like
serious uneven.
3. Loose connecting bolts between the reed seat base
plate and the reed seat support, and loose connecting
bolts between the reed seat support and the reed
seat foot, which cause the reed seat to tremble,
resulting in uneven density of the weft filaments,
especially after stopping and then starting the loom,
and the weft filaments are prone to thinning.
4. The excessive or uneven pressure of the reed seat
on the reed causes deformation of the reed blade,
resulting in extra-large mesh holes.
5. The reeds are not straight or individual reeds are
protruding, causing the sword belt to run unstably.
6. The action of the tight reed plug iron (inclined
iron) on the reed is not uniform, the reed is
deformed in the place where it is stuck tightly,
and the reed flutters in the place where it is stuck
loosely, which seriously shortens the service life
of the reed.
