Adjustment of weft release time of the sword hook

    Adjustment of weft release time of the sword hook: Usually, the weft release time of the sword hook is set at the time when the head of the sword recovers and moves to leave the right side of the warp (20~30) mm and starts to release the weft. At this moment, the open roller just acted on the head of the sword, so that the sword hook to loosen the weft.

    The degree of open roller extrusion of the sword head should not be too large, can open the sword hook to loosen the weft wire. If the extrusion size is too large, the sword head compression spring is easy to break. See Figure 3-5.
