Usually, we set the sword feeding time as when the reed leaves the weaving mouth (65-70) mm, and the sword head runs to the right side of the warp as appropriate. If the time of entering the sword is too early, the opening of the warp wires on the reed is very small, and the sword head is easy to break the warp wires. If the time to enter the sword is late, then the reed position of the warp wire opening is larger, the sword is not easy to break the sword head into the warp wire. However, when the sword belt is pulled back, the opening is very late, and when the loom is reversed, it is easy to break the warp wires. Correctly adjusting the time of entering the sword is very important to the weaving process.
Adjustment of changing the time of sword feeding: loosen the fastening bolt on the cam wheel housing, turn the conjugate cam by an angle, i.e., change the mounting angle of the conjugate cam on the cam wheel housing, so as to achieve the adjustment of changing the time of sword feeding.
