Installation precautions of the weft cutter

    Installation and adjustment of the weft cutter: the weft cutter should be installed on the left side of the reed base plate, the installation position should be on the outside of the left side of the warp, about 5mm away from the left side of the warp, and its height should be determined according to the position of the openings of the lower warp wire, in general, the weft cutter scissors should be lower than the lower warp wire (3~5) mm is appropriate. Cut off the weft of the installation position is high, the head of the sword belt is easy to touch the cut off the weft; installation position is low, affecting the reliability of the sword head hook weft, but also reduce the cut off the weft of the weft cutter in the weaving mouth at the weft of the reliability of the weft.
