(4) Reeding: Install the required half-round iron 

on the reed making machine, adjust the working 

height of the reed and the length of the pressure 

roller to feed the sheet; change the hanging wheel 

according to the number of meshes, and match the 

tie wire according to the actual size of the steel belt. 

In the process of reed making, check at any time 

whether there are joint pieces, rusty pieces, bad 

pieces,curved pieces, double pieces, water drop 

print pieces and arc-shaped pieces, which should 

be checked and replaced one by one. Requirements 

for the preparation of ties neatlyloosening and 

tightening appropriately, no large reed seams, no 

counterpart arc, no joint piece, reed density, working 

height, working length, the total number of pieces 

in line with the technical requirements of the steel 

box.

(5) Gluing: Prepare adhesive according to a certain 

ratio, and will be prepared adhesive evenly coated 

in the half-round iron outside the place, the glue 

should be fully penetrated into the reed and uniform 

full. The lying frame will be put into the place where 

the glue is applied, and it will be cured for 24 hours 

at room temperature. Requirements do not allow the 

emergence of soft pieces, large curved pieces and the 

root angle of the reed road, the working height of the 

seepage of glue shall be limited to 0.5mm below.

(6) Reed arrangement: use special tools to wipe the 

boardchoose the corresponding granularity of sand 

cloth to lighten and brighten the reeds, and use special 

tools to pick the chip knife and reed fork to trim the 

reeds to be even and neat, and meet the requirements 

of the process.

(7) Sending for inspection: acceptance according to the 

technical requirements and inspection methods in the 

standard for reeds.

(8) Storage: The inspected and qualified reeds and reed 

cards will be handed over to the warehouse together, and 

the surface of the reeds will be wiped with special antirust 

oil for reeds, oil-sealed, and then wrapped with oil-sealed 

paper.
