Wire mesh machine opening mechanism’s composition、role and main process requirements

1. Composition

Treadle shafts, treadle shaft gear housings, treadle discs (treadle cranks), rollers, treadle rods, treadle rod holders, treadle rod pins, treadle rod pins, treadle rods (angle rods), tappet rods (frame lifting and lowering adjusting rods), heald frames (incl. lower frames, upper frames, frame rails, frame cards, frame ribs), frame rail plates, frame rail plates, frame rail pivot axles, treadle disc shaft holders, frame lower couplings, lower clevis pins, frame tie rods Joints.

2. Role

(1) Form the gibbet and adjust the height of the opening, i.e. the size of the opening, as required;

(2) Adjustment of the height of the warp wire position, i.e. adjustment of the heald tolerance;

(3) Adjustment of the closing time.

3. Main process requirements  

(1) During the opening process, the rising and falling warp wires should not be intertwined with each other even when the warp density is very high, and should no longer be entangled with each other during the weft beating:

(2) During the opening process, the movement of the opening mechanism should be smooth and less vibration. Otherwise, it may increase the warp wire breakage;

(3) The tension on the warp wires should not be too high during the formation of the strand, otherwise the breakage rate of the warp wires will increase.
