3. Adjustment of the position of the tread roller

(1) First, adjust the mounting position of the 8 rear rollers of the pedal heald in the same position, so that the distance of the 8 rear rollers from the end of the pedal lever is adjusted equally.

(2) Then adjust the mounting position of the front rollers of the 8 tread healds so that the front rollers are slightly close to the tread plate.

(3) Observe whether the front and rear rollers are properly loosened or tightened on the tread plate. Toggle the rollers by hand, each pair of front and rear rollers must have a roller that can be toggled by hand to rotate. If the hand can not dial one of the pair of rollers, it must be adjusted to loosen a roller. If the front and rear rollers from the tread plate clearance is too large, such as more than 5mm, should be promptly adjusted roller position.
