Adjustment of the starting point and end position of the sword head: When the sword belt swing range is basically adjusted, the starting point and end position of the sword head should be adjusted. The starting position of the sword head should leave the right side of the warp (60 ~ 70) mm is appropriate; the end position of the sword head should make the sword hook just over the weft cutter on the weft is appropriate.

Adjust the length of the lever under the sector gear to realize the change of the sword head position. When the length of the lever is adjusted, the position of the sword head moves to the right; when the length of the lever is adjusted, the position of the sword head moves to the left. Whether the drawbar is adjusted longer or shorter, the swing of the sword belt remains unchanged.
