Threading and reeding operation flow of metal fabric weaving machine

1. Warp wires finishing:

Lift the warp wireS from the warp support roller.

Tidy and tie neatly, keep the proper tightness.

2. Wear heddle:

Proceed in order from left to right.

Lay out 4-10 warp wires and insert them into the heald in the prescribed order.

According to the type of fabric, select the tying method:

Plain: single row 1,2; Double row 1,3,2,4.

Twill: single row 1,2,3,4; Double row 1,3,5,7,2,4,6,8.

3. Hanging warp wires:

Hang the threaded warp wireS on the hanging clip.

4. Reed preparation:

Determine the position of the first warp wire to ensure that the spare parts on both sides are equal.

Check the cleanliness of the reed and find the sticking point.

5. Through the reed:

Insert the warp wires one by one from left to right, making sure it is correct.

Make a handful every 8-10cm.

6. Quality check, three checks to ensure correct:

Preliminary examination: After each piece of warp wire is worn.

Shift inspection: Evaluate the reed quality of the current shift.

Comprehensive inspection: after the reed is pierced.

Correct any problems promptly.

7. Subsequent operations:

After finishing the reed, proceed to the next weaving operation.
