Classification of weft-beating type

1. Single-card weft (i.e. lightweight wefting). That is, one time to complete the weft action, this type of weft is suitable for weaving lightweight fabrics.

2. Two small card weft (i.e. medium-sized beating). That is, two times to complete the weft action, the interval between the two card weft is very short, this type of weft weaving in the weaving of medium-sized fabrics are often used.

3. Two big weft (i.e. heavy-duty wefting), that is, two times to complete the action of wefting, the time interval between the two wefts is slightly longer. This form of wefting is used when weaving heavy grade fabrics.

     The form of weft beating varies greatly from one model of loom to another.

    Two card weft is most conducive to the weaving of metal mesh, two card weft in the weaving process does not play the same role, the first card weft is a smaller card weft force to push the weft wire to the density position, the second card weft is the weft wire is fixed in the density position, to prevent the weft wire from the density of the position of the slip out.
