    Adjustment method: Hand pan the loom, move the reed to a point (25-15) mm away from the weaving mouth, loosen the gear shell fastening bolt at the left end of the treadle heald shaft, press the two pages of the heald flat with force, so that the upper and lower warp wires are reunited, and then tighten the gear shell fastening bolt to complete the adjustment of the two-page synthesis of the stranding time.

    If it is not possible to meet the process requirements by changing the position of the gear housing, the adjustment of the closing time must be realized by changing the mounting position of the treadle disk.
