Weight formula of stainless steel wire mesh

Stainless steel wire mesh is made of high-quality stainless steel wire stretched to a specified diameter through a drawing machine under specific high-temperature process conditions, and then woven using a weaving machine within a constant temperature, dust-free, and clean factory.

Weave type：Plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, double Dutch weave, five-heddle weave.

Method of Accounting：Weight per square meter (kg) = wire diameter x wire diameter x number of mesh / 2 (Note: wire diameter in units of mm)

Price per square meter = weight per square meter ×unit price + labor cost + circulation cost.

For example: SUS302, 60 mesh × 60 mesh, wire diameter 0.122mm, wire price 21 yuan/kg, labor cost 2 yuan/m2, circulation cost 0.5 yuan/m2.

                      Cost per square meter = (0.122 x 0.122 x 60) / 2 x 21 + 2 + 0.5 = 11.88/m2.
