Warp Wire Equipped with a Reasonable Determination of Tension

The reasonable value of the warp wire tension is very important for the weaving quality of metal mesh. In general, the warp wires are equipped with tensions according to the following requirements

Plain square mesh warp wire equipped with tension = 0.3p (maximum value should not be greater than 0.35p)

Twill square mesh warp wire equipped with tension = 0.35p (maximum value should not be greater than 0.45p)

Plain and twill wire mesh (mat mesh) with warp wires equipped with tension = 0.22p ~ 0.28p

p - the tensile resistance of the warp wire of the specification.
