Warp Tension Parameters

The warp tension parameter is an important parameter in the weaving process, which has a great influence on the product quality of the metal wire weaving cloth. 

When the warp tension is too small, the twill weaving cloth will have a serious inclined surface; The plain weaving cloth will result in poor interweaving firmness and loose interweaving of warp and weft; it will cause problems such as poor flatness,weft running, wrinkling etc. 

When the warp tension is too large, it will cause a large plastic elongation of the warp in weaving, resulting in broken warp, fork, warp or cloth broken.

The change of warp tension will also have an effect on the curling surface of the plain weaving cloth.
