Three adjustment methods to realize the change of the volume of the take-up mechanism

(1) Replacement of the take-up gears changes the Take-up speed ratio and realizes the adjustment of the Take-up volume. The larger the speed ratio of the rolled net (the smaller the volume of each rolled net and vice versa), the larger the volume of the rolled net.

(2)Change the mounting position of the take-up rod shaft pin on the Take-up rocker rod to realize the adjustment of the Take-up volume. Shaft pin away from the center of the rocking rod axis, the volume of rolled net increases, the shaft pin moves toward the center of the rocking rod axis, the volume of rolled net decreases.

(3)Change the mounting position of the take-up slider on its take-up rocker arm to realize the adjustment of the take-up volume. When the take-up slider moves upward to the mounting position, the amount of take-up decreases, and when it moves downward to the mounting position, the amount of take-up increases.
