1. Process requirements
(1) The reed should not be biased (that is, the unthreaded parts on both sides should be roughly equal) to reduce the friction between the warp and the reed after the machine.
(2) According to the order of threading, each reed hole in turn into a warp wire, no double line, empty reed eye, wrong twist, threading and other defects.
2. Precautions
(1) The reed should check whether its specifications and quality meet the process requirements.
(2) Note that the working face of the reed should not be worn backwards.
(3) As far as possible do not touch the reed to prevent rust.
(4) The unworn part of the reed is wrapped with kraft paper to prevent damage or dirty reed.
