The formation process of metal mesh on the loom is quite complex, and it is completed with the organic coordination of the following process procedures.

1. The warp wires moves up and down in the vertical direction in accordance with the process requirements of the composition of the metal mesh to form a hinge.

2. Introduce the weft wires into the hinge formed.

3. Draw the lead-in weft wires towards the opening.

4. Roll the woven metal mesh onto the mesh roll.

5. With the formation of the metal mesh, the warp wire is constantly drawn from the warp shaft.

The above five process procedures are referred to as the "five major movements", and in the weaving process, these five movements (opening, weft insertion, weft beating, take-up, and let-off) are continuously circulated, thus constantly forming a metal network.
