The advantage of endless take up

Endless cloth take-up makes the machine weaving without interruption.This mechanism consists of 2 PU rolls and 1 naked roll or 3 PU rolls to crush the mesh surface.

The PU roll is processed with advanced technology.The data is fine from medium to high,which makes the roll strength evenly,easy operate and long using life.

With this design the wire cloth can be flatted and cut off from the machine without stopping the weaving.It provides high efficiency and saves the time,material and labor.

While the endless take-up design is only for the wire cloth below 200mesh in plain and twilled weaving currently.The technology for higher mesh is still premature now.Therefore it is our mission to develop the technology for higher mesh.Nowadays,the best mesh range is 40-200mesh with plain or twilled weave.
