The take-up mechanism of the loom is divided into three categories:
1. Positive take-up mechanism, the main feature of the positive take-up mechanism is that the length of each winding is not affected by the length of the let-off, the winding action is active and positive, and is directly driven by the relevant institutions forcibly. Positive take-up mechanism is suitable for weaving light and extra light fabrics.
2. Semi-negative take-up mechanism: the main feature of semi-negative take-up mechanism is that the length of each winding is affected by the length of the let-off, and the winding action is driven by the gravity of the press weight and the relevant institutions, and the two aspects are coordinated together. The semi-negative take-up mechanism is suitable for weaving medium-sized fabrics.
3. Negative take-up mechanism: The main feature of negative take-up mechanism is that the length of each winding is affected by the feeding length and the tension of the warp wire, and the winding action is completed by the gravity of the pressure weight or the tension of the winding tension spring. The negative take-up mechanism is suitable for weaving medium and heavy fabrics.
