(1) Cultivation: Cut the steel strip to the required
width, with a deviation of 12 mm±0.02 mm,
8 mm±0.005 mm, 7 mm±0.005 mm, and require
the strip to be free of water drop marks, flanging,
cracking, ruffling, and S-bending. Big knife bend
does not exceed 2mm/m.
(2) Production: Joint the steel belt in the same
direction of the knife bend and fill the sheet disk,
the thickness of the joint should not exceed 30%
of the thickness of the reed. Burr, with an emery
cloth to the side of the steel belt and the four
corners of the light, bright. Requirements for the
side of the steel belt is bright, no burrs, no
corners, no bending of the plane, no oil, solid
joints, no obvious traces of joints.
(3) heat treatment: adjust the furnace temperature
and closing speed trial processing, in the process
of processing should be observed at any time the
quality of the steel strip. If you find quality defects
should be promptly adjusted furnace temperature,
closing speed or heat treatment furnace auxiliary
accessories to adjust. Requirements for the treated
steel strip should be straight and bright, no warping,
water drop marks, waves, oxidation color and rust
phenomenon. After treatment, the hardness of the
steel belt between (53 ~ 58) HRC, with good
toughness and elasticity, hand-folding 180 ° fracture,
the knife bending gap is not more than 1mm / m.
