Copper mesh cost accounting method

Copper mesh can be divided into brass mesh, purple copper mesh, and phosphor bronze mesh, rtc. Yellow brass wire (containing 65% copper and 35% zinc), purple copper wire (with a purity of 99.8% copper), and phosphor bronze wire (containing 85%-90% copper and 5%-15% tin). The differing material densities of the three types of copper mesh result in different prices when calculating costs.

Advantages:

It has good electrical and thermal conductivity, is non-magnetic and corrosion-resistant, has low ductility, and is wear-resistant.

Application:

It is widely used in industries such as industrial filtration, petroleum, chemical, printing, and so on.

Brass mesh cost accounting method:
Square meter weight (kg) = Wire diameter × Wire diameter × Mesh count ÷ 2 × 1.08
(Note: Wire diameter unit is mm, 1.08 is the ratio of brass density to iron density)
Square meter cost = Square meter weight × Wire unit price + Labor cost + Circulation cost.
Calculation method for Phosphor Bronze Mesh
Weight per square meter (kg) = wire diameter x wire diameter x mesh count ÷ 2 x 1.09
(Note: wire diameter is in mm, 1.09 is the ratio of phosphor bronze density to iron density)

Cost per square meter= weight per square meter x price per unit of wire + labor cost + circulation cost.

Red Copper Mesh Calculation Method:
Weight per square meter (kg) = diameter of wire x diameter of wire x mesh count ÷ 2 x 1.13
(Note: wire diameter in mm, 1.13 is the ratio of the density of phosphor bronze to that of iron)
Cost per square meter= weight per square meter x unit price of wire + labor cost + circulation cost.
